Management Dashboard, Benchmarking and Monitoring
Turns investment, project, maintenance and service quality data into management indicators from inside GeoEner, with no separate BI tool: a role-based overview dashboard, an 8-KPI benchmark including SAIDI/SAIFI, notifications on threshold breaches and a summary email every morning.
GeoEner Business Intelligence is a metrics and indicators module built into GeoEner. Data is not moved to a separate warehouse: investment requests, preliminary projects, customer applications, maintenance work orders, outages and network inventory are read directly from the source. Every metric's measure, dimension and filter is kept in a defined metric catalog.
The overview dashboard covers project stages, investment request statuses and completion rates, preliminary project approvals, customer applications, investment requests by district and maintenance costs by level. It filters by province and year and narrows to the provinces the user is authorized for, with each card tied to its own role permission.
The benchmark screen calculates 8 KPIs from internal data: SAIDI, SAIFI, CAIDI, fault density, maintenance cost per km, staff per thousand customers, investment per customer and operating cost per customer. It compares them with the previous period, the target and the sector average, and sends notifications for indicators off target. In the Monitoring Center, thresholds are set for material financial and physical progress, stock coverage and tender group weight; breaches are listed as alerts and a summary email goes to the people concerned every morning.

Module by module.
Project stage distribution, investment request statuses and trends, preliminary project approvals, customer applications, drawing status and investment requests by district on a single dashboard. Completion rates are shown against the organization's own targets.
Maintenance cost and average cost by level, maintenance counts compared with the same month last year, and the monthly maintenance cost trend are tracked together.
The dashboard filters by province and year and is limited to the provinces the user's department is authorized for. Each card is tied to its own role permission, so managers and regional teams see their own scope on the same dashboard.
8 KPIs are calculated from internal data for monthly or annual periods. The table shows value, previous period, change, target, sector average and status side by side; denominators not produced in the system (such as customer counts) are entered by period and province.
When a KPI goes off target, an in-app notification goes to the designated recipients, with no repeat notification for the same period.
Thresholds, recipients and roles are set for material financial progress, physical progress, stock coverage and total tender group weight. Breaches are tracked as open or resolved, and a summary email goes to those concerned and selected roles every morning.
Each metric's key, category, source, unit, chart type and data strategy are visible in the catalog. Metrics are grouped into service quality, network, operational, financial, investment and material categories.
Metric snapshots and the benchmark calculation run automatically every night, and the monitoring evaluation and summary email run every morning. Calculations can be re-run immediately in one click when needed.
Managers pick a province and year and see only the cards and scope they are authorized for.
Denominators such as customer counts go into context values, and targets and sector averages into the benchmark screen.
KPIs are calculated automatically every night, or immediately on demand.
Values are compared with the previous period, target and sector average, and off-target ones trigger notifications.
Monitoring rules turn threshold breaches into alerts, and a summary email goes out every morning.
Follow investment, project and maintenance performance from a single dashboard, by province and year.
Regularly compare indicators including SAIDI, SAIFI and CAIDI with targets and sector averages.
Set progress and stock thresholds and get deviations in your inbox every morning.
Capabilities in development.
Producing benchmark results automatically as PDF and Excel reports.
Loss and consumption indicators from SCADA/OMS, meter data management and ERP data.
GeoEner Business Intelligence reads investment requests, preliminary projects, tender groups, customer applications, maintenance work orders, outages and network inventory directly from their source inside GeoEner. Data is not moved to a separate warehouse, and every metric's measure, dimension and filter is defined in the metric catalog. Connecting SCADA/OMS, meter data management and ERP data is not available today; loss and consumption indicators from these sources are planned on the roadmap.
Targets and sector averages are entered into the benchmark screen by the organization itself; the system does not supply them from outside. Denominators not produced in the system, such as customer counts, are also entered by hand as context values per period and province. The 8 KPIs are calculated from these inputs and internal data and shown side by side with the previous period, target and sector average.
The benchmark calculation and metric snapshots run automatically every night and can be re-run immediately in one click. Results are followed in the benchmark table, and KPIs that go off target send in-app notifications to designated recipients. Automatic PDF and Excel benchmark reports are not available yet and are planned on the roadmap.
Yes, the dashboard is limited to the provinces the user's department is authorized for, and each card is tied to its own role permission. Managers and regional teams therefore see their own scope on the same dashboard, filtered by province and year. GeoEner Business Intelligence is switched on per installation as a GeoEner module and does not require a separate BI tool.
All products run on the same map, the same authorization model and the same asset records.
